The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of digital technologies across organizational functions, particularly in human resource management and talent acquisition. Organizations increasingly relied on digital recruitment platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), applicant tracking systems (ATS), virtual interviews, and recruitment analytics to ensure business continuity while attracting and retaining skilled talent. This study examines the impact of digital transformation on talent acquisition practices in post-pandemic organizations. A quantitative survey research design was employed, and primary data were collected from 50 HR professionals and talent acquisition practitioners using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation, and regression techniques. The findings indicate that digital recruitment technologies have significantly enhanced recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, hiring quality, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness. However, challenges remain regarding employee training and organizational readiness for the successful implementation of advanced digital recruitment technologies. The study provides practical recommendations for HR managers and organizational leaders to strengthen digital talent acquisition strategies and improve organizational competitiveness in the evolving digital workplace.
